3. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our platform.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and booking.
  • Not misuse, manipulate, or attempt to disrupt the website’s services.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

5. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to host availability and confirmation.
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
  • BnB Bliss is not liable for issues arising from third-party payment processors.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations
Flexible Cancellation Policy
  • Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund.
  • If cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, the first night’s stay will be charged.
  • No refund for no-shows.
Non-Refundable Policy
  • Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Refund Policy

At My Bliss Stay, we aim to provide our guests with a smooth and transparent booking experience. Our refund policy ensures fairness to both guests and hosts.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only for bookings cancelled within the allowed cancellation period as per the selected property’s Cancellation Policy (e.g., Flexible or Non-Refundable).

  • Depends on the time of cancellation before check-in.
  • Depends on the type of rate plan or offer selected — Non-Refundable bookings are not eligible.
  • Any special terms mentioned in the booking confirmation also apply.
2. Refund Process
  • Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used at booking.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
3. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • The guest does not show up (No-show).
  • The booking is cancelled after the allowed cancellation period.
  • The guest checks out earlier than the booked stay duration.
  • A Non-Refundable offer or promotional rate was booked.
4. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of genuine emergencies (for example, medical issues, flight cancellations, or natural disasters), My Bliss Stay may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Proof or documentation may be required for such requests.

7. Host Responsibilities

  • Ensure listings are accurate, genuine, and updated.
  • Comply with all local regulations, licensing, and safety standards.
  • Provide a safe and pleasant experience for guests.

8. Limitation of Liability

BnB Bliss acts solely as an intermediary between guests and hosts. We are not responsible for:

  • The actions, conduct, or behavior of hosts or guests.
  • Any loss, damage, theft, or injury incurred during a stay.
  • Booking cancellations, inaccuracies, or disputes related to listed properties.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the exclusive property of BnB Bliss and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Modifications

BnB Bliss reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajpura, Punjab.
